The focal point of our Institute is our library which houses nearly 6000 books on management and general reading, Indian and Foreign Periodicals. Our Library not only caters to the theoretical needs but also bridges the gap between theory and real life situations via audio visual tapes, CD-ROMs and VCDs.

In the era of digital technology and Online business practices like E-Commerce and
M-Commerce, the new age managers have to horn their technological skills and learn the rules of digital firm. To keep abreast with these changing times, the Institute provides excellent Computer facility aided with Internet and Video-Conferencing and other modern communication techniques.

INDUSTRY - INSTITUTE INTERACTION
In the field of management concepts become absolute more frequently than one expects. Forces like changes in Technology, Economy and Practices generate new management theories and situations with which the managers have to cope up. To inculcate these new concepts in students of IMER maintains close ties with Industries through its Directorial Board, Industrial Visits, Alumni's and Guest Lectures. Its Industry Interaction is considered as the force multiplier by IMER.

A HOME AWAY FROM HOME
One of the key contributors to an effective learning experience is living on campus equipped with good hostel facilities for male students. IMER offers students to stay on campus, which allows them to put some extra hours, promoting an informal atmosphere for development through increased access to library and computer facilities. Along with this a multi gymnasium, entertainment hall and indoor games look after the physical development of students.

MANAGEMENT DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS
IMER aims to create a business leader highly skilled in the traditional and functional areas of business through its Management development programs. The institute organises variety of workshops, seminars, case study and debate sessions through which students are exposed to the analytical and decision making aspects of management skills.

CONFERENCE HALL
At IMER a well equipped seminar hall with audio - video aids like OHP, LCD Projector with a seating capacity of 300, is a busy place with on going seminars, workshops, guest lectures and presentations.

PLACEMENT TEAM
IMER plays an active and supportive role in defining the career path of its students. The functions of placement cell are not only directed in achieving campus placement but towards the 360 degree development of students to make them more competent leaders who will cater the needs of current corporate world. The motto at our placement cell is awakening the leader in every one.
