Vision
India’s  economy has entered into a new phase.  It has successfully transited from  the era of slow growing economy to one of the fasted changing one in the world.  In order to remain the leader of the 21st century in terms of quality education and research the vision is set to  emerge as a globally respected Institute that shapes Management practices by creating new frontiers of knowledge and developing ethical entrepreneurial and socially sensitive leader Managers committed to excellence.
Mission

Today’s world is concerned,  India has become centre attention of all the world because of its human talent pool which consists of managers, engineers, software and computer professionals.    In order to remain the centre of attraction our mission is to impart quality education through academic excellence.

The continuous growth of Industry in India created a growing demand for entrepreneur with specialized technical and managerial background.  To cater this demand our aim is to enrich with a combination of an  eclectic  mix of Industry and academic experience supported by global standard infrastructure.

In today’s hyper competitive global markets, challenges faced by organizations are much beyond regular services and breakthrough improvements.   The economic bubble has burst and now organizations are focusing on how to stay competitive and add value to their services that can differentiate them from their competitors in a meaningful way.  Efforts are being made to create the differentiating service, which can support their endeavor to create the competitive edge. The students therefore to be able to identify them in the context of changing society.  In order to cope this our Mission is to reprogramme the brains of the students for higher success and  whole some achievement.
Goals

To be among the top ten institutes of the country in the next 5 years . To be a student centric institute, where academics is followed with utmost passion and sincerity. To attain a faculty to student ratio of 1:12 and 1:9, within 2 and 5 years respectively To be a campus where every faculty possesses Ph.D degree, within 5 years. To ensure a continuous value addition of all employees. To strengthen collaborations and establish bonds with outside world and institutes.
